将鲜薄荷叶30克（干品15克）洗净，入锅内加适量水熬，弃渣取汁待用。将粳米50克淘净，加适量水煮至米熟，再加入薄荷叶汁，煮沸即可食用。
将麦门冬20～30克洗

1、正确的刷牙及清洁舌苔法
饭后刷牙，清洁舌苔，也是预防的好方法。刷牙的技巧是轻轻地上下移动牙刷，牙刷与牙齿、牙龈界线成45度角，以左右5毫米的幅度轻轻地刷动。
