,化疗两个月,昨天外部开刀,术后进行了骨扫描,第一次报告出来后医生又让做一次.报告结果如下:-----------------------影像所见:SPECT/CT断层融合图像右7肋骨前肋,左侧第4,6前肋,左10后肋骨松质内不均匀密度增高,局部皮质增厚,伴异常放射性浓聚,其余未见明显异常放射性浓聚及稀疏区.结论:全身骨髓平面显像结合SPECT/CT断层融合图像右7肋骨,左侧第4,6,10肋骨异常放射性浓聚.建议随访.-----------------------请教专家,这代表什么意思啊?是不是已经骨转移了?如何治疗?谢谢!!
