女性经期应多补血补充蛋白质
女性月经失血,尤其是月经过多者,每次月经都会使血液的主要成份血浆蛋白、铁、钾、钙、镁等丢失。所以在经期,尽量多吃一些能补血、补充矿物质以及蛋白质的食物,及一些易消化的、营养丰富的、利于行经的蔬菜和水果,并要荤素均衡搭配、对女性成功度过经期很有好处。
女性经期不宜吃苦味食物
处于经期的女性不宜多吃苦味食物。因为苦味食物多数为寒性或凉性,经期过度食用,可使经脉凝涩、血行受阻,进而导致经行不畅,痛经、闭经等妇科疾病。即使在炎热的季节,经期也不宜过多食用苦瓜、苦菜、苦荞麦、绿茶、莴苣、苦丁茶等苦味食物,特别是寒性痛经的朋友,不仅在经期要和苦味食物彻底保持距离,即使在非经期,也应该少吃。而应适当食用一些温热、易消化吸收、富有营养的食物,多饮温开水,以保持大便通畅,减少盆腔充血。

Coping With Common Period Problems&Sometimes having your period can be a pain — literally. Most girls have to deal with PMS, cramps, or headaches around the time of their periods. Following a girl's period, the amounts of estrogen and progesterone (female hormones) in her body increase. Then about 1 week before her period starts, levels of both of these hormones begin to fall.
