本人比较懒一点，想要一种方便又有效果的面膜，听别人说喝蜂蜜也可以变得美白，不知道哪一种牌子的好，请各位把你们用过的有效果的告诉本人，多谢啦

李医生补水面膜（只要不是天生的黑皮肤，皮肤保湿功课做的好，没有厚的角质层，自然会白的）兰芝睡眠面膜；这两种面膜是我一直坚持并且最喜欢用的牌子；有时间就用黄瓜炸出水来再加点珍珠粉和蜂蜜制成自制面膜，然后用压缩的面膜纸（阿呀呀有卖的）往里一放；再付脸上15分钟；效果不比买的差；这是我常用的自制面膜；也是实践很多自制面膜最后最喜欢的一种自然品牌；蜂蜜早上喝最好；早上倒一杯子温水，加上一勺蜂蜜；空腹喝； 我觉得最好买天然的，不要加工后的；这个地方不同，你要去找哦；反正我都是要父母从老家带过来的；纯天然的；有些城市也有养蜂的；找那些地方买一般很正；另外告诉你一点，蜂蜜的作用不是美白，而是清除你体内的毒素；由里养外；一天三杯养生水
即：早上一杯蜂蜜水，中午一杯淡茶水，晚上一杯凉开水；

你是缺水,注意去角质,用细盐可以去角质,半个月一次我以前皮肤也是很黄喝了蜂蜜,开始是益母草.接着枣花.都可以,是百花牌...平时用了美肤宝的隔离霜,脸也要选自己合适的洗面奶,我现在用高丝的润肌精洗颜霜,好舒服,滑滑水水的,再用点补水的乳液,我已经用半年咯现在有改善,女人的美丽是内外调出来的另外我从来不喜欢用粉底,因为或多或少都含有重金属物质我就用珍珠粉做粉底,效果还真的好

用自然白的，我的皮肤色也比较黑，最不能选用的是象牙白，因为这个颜色会使皮肤较黑的人看起来有一种青白的颜色，你可以借朋友的试试，用的越多，皮肤颜色越青，瓷白色次之，这样会让皮肤的颜色看起来很假，有种日本艺妓的脸的感觉，最好的是自然色，最好有那种带点玫瑰红得自然色，这种颜色会使皮肤有一种正常的粉白色。皮肤黑的人不能一味追求白，要白的自然健康才行。不过不知道你的肤质怎么样，要是皮肤偏干，最好不要在冬天用粉，这样会有粉斑，看起来不完美，当然，要是非化妆不可，最好有好一点的打底霜，不管漂不漂亮，自己的皮肤是最重要的。呵呵，还有，肤色黑的人用紫色的或者紫红色的眼影比较好，会显白，最好少用腮红，在眼皮的位置最好打上高光，或者是白色眼影，这样不会让眼睛看起来肿肿的、希望你有一个美丽健康的冬天、望采纳，谢谢~

要是你整体肤色都偏黑，用象牙白的较好，也不要为了白就抹很厚那样显得很假，脖子也要抹那样和你脸的肤色才对称，要是怕抹不均匀就在脖子上抹些保湿乳液
用自然色吧,大白了看着很奇怪的，脑袋和身子不像一个人,记住脖子和手背也要抹上
