咽喉堵塞，在睡梦中就下意识的使劲的吸。最好的方法是不让舌头往下滑，可以用牙齿轻轻咬住舌头打鼾不外乎在睡觉时，而之所以会有堵塞是舌头缩在了里面，这样就可以大大避免打鼾了，还有就是时刻保持鼻内呼吸道的通畅，吸气时舌头就与咽喉部位发生摩擦振动，或者是侧身睡，人为了呼吸

建议晚上尽量早睡会，用温水泡脚对睡眠质量有很大的好处。
