　　区域概况
　　三魁镇是浙江省温州市泰顺县辖镇，是泰顺县域中部的商贸强镇和交通重镇，地处通衢，省道分泰线贯镇而过。因境内赵洋、西岙、牛顶尖三峰高耸，故地名三魁。全镇总面积63平方公里，辖26个行政村，1个居委会。2005年总人口2.2万人。
　　2002年全镇实现工农业总产值4661.11万元，农民人均收入2845元。2005年，国民生产总值11429万元，其中农业产值2815万元，工业产值2000万元，第三产业产值6613万元，人均纯收入3490元。
　　2000年来，三魁镇农业结构战略性调整步伐加大，建成卢梨高山蔬菜示范基地和官洋特种动物养殖基地。2002年卢梨高山蔬菜基地和甜椒产品被市政府认定为“放心农产品基地和放心农产品”，并被县委确定为“一学两带示范基地”。三魁商业发展较早，在明代即初步形成营岗店（小街）。2000年来，通过规范和拓展市场、办好集市等增强对周边地区的辐射，进一步巩固和加强了三魁作为传统商贸强镇的地位和优势。三魁异地就业人员众多，2002年长年外出就业人员达4431人，实现收入1415.5万元。
　　旅游资源
　　三魁境内旅游资源丰富。古廊桥有薛宅桥、刘宅桥、永庆桥等；古民居有张氏九榴等；古寺庙有卢梨崇教寺等，自然风光有刘宅百丈瀑、三折瀑等。
　　三魁古廊桥：
　　薛宅桥:位于三魁镇薛外村，建于咸丰六年（1856年），叠梁拱式木廊桥，全长51米，宽5.1米，单跨29米，离水面高10.5米,建桥屋十五间，桥头坡度30米，拱矢斜度大，造型古朴独特，气势雄伟壮观，载入《中国桥梁史话》。1986年浙江省文物局拨款和群众集资重修。1988年列为泰顺县第三批文物保护单位。
　　刘宅桥:位于三魁镇刘宅村水尾，又名仙洞虹桥，建于明代永乐三年（1405年）。为木平桥，二层重檐，是泰顺众多屋式木平桥中造型最为精巧别致的一座。
　　永庆桥:位于三魁镇战州下溪坪村，建于清嘉庆二年（1797年），为伸臂梁木平桥，建廊屋12间。
　　经济建设
　　基础设施建设:完成了新58省道（三魁段）建设工程的政策处理，共完成了征地165亩，坟墓迁移286户，房屋拆迁66间，40户。康庄工程共完成改造45公里，总投资1500多万元，完成了路基工程45公里，砼路工程31公里；三魁小学新教学楼、泰三中食堂综合楼、水车洋、黄沙坑村、夏家山村小教学楼的建设等全部建成投入使用，总投资为500多万元。
　　工业经济:实施招商引资“一号工程”建设，通过在外创业人员，引进了石油汽钢瓶检测站、宝来废品加工厂等两家企业落户该镇，投资额共300多万元；同时，有效的引进了浙江中宸不锈钢有限公司落户月湖工业园区，总投资1个亿，第一期已投入2000多万元。
　　第三产业:通过宣传古民居、古廊桥及闹元宵、百家宴等一些乡土风情，积极的发展旅游业，全年共接待游客1万人次。总面积为1218公顷的三魁省级森林公园获得省林业厅的批准。同时，申报三魁省级森林公园的总体规划获得专家评审通过。标志着森林公园建设项目正式启动。
　　社会事业
　　青山白化治理:对“两侧五区”视线范围内的所有私坟475座进行了登记造册。58省道视线范围内的49座私坟进行了调查和治理。深埋49座，治理率100%。“建城区”的125座私坟进行了调查和治理，深埋105座，绿化18座，还有5座年久老坟，治理率95%，达到预期的目标。
　　人口与计划生育:2005年，三魁镇共有育龄妇女6877人，在计划生育百日攻坚大行动中，共征收了社会抚养费666750元，其中：违法生育28例，应征收社会抚养费34220元，征收率、兑现率名列全县第一。
　　社会治安综合治理:2005年，村级调解民间纠纷32起，镇人民调委会受理民间纠纷案件16起，并成立了“综治联调联动工作中心”，下设5个机构（综治办、信访办、森林防火办、城建中队、综治巡逻队），共有26人，正常办公11人，制定了17项上墙制度，有效了维护社会稳定。同时，通过发布通告、设立举报箱等形式对16个行政村巡回进行宣传，还聘请了10名“双禁”宣传员，宣传有关政策法规。
　　民政优抚:2005年，共有601户963人纳入低保户，五保集中供养21人；“一户一策一干部”完成了帮扶对象380户，落实帮扶资金38.6万元，民政优抚工作得到加强。
　　文教卫生
　　三魁文教卫生事业较为发达。镇内有泰顺第二医院、泰顺第三中学等。三魁镇第一小学2002年获得“省级文明单位”称号。2002年以来，新建了三魁高级中学、三魁第二小学。2008年，三魁镇通过市级“教育强镇”评估验收。
　　该镇重视农民知识化培训。2005年，农业实用技术培训年度计划数1300人次，实际累计完成1322人次；“专业农民”农业技能培训计划数301人，实际累计完成566人次；“转业农民”就业技能培训年度计划数410人，实际累计完成613人；预备劳动力培训年度计划数110人，实际累计完成145人；“务工农民”岗位技能培训年度计划数535人，实际累计完成1027人；顺利了完成年度培训任务。
　　基层建设
　　党的建设:2005年，发展党员20名，培养入党积极分子76名，办理党员转正手续46名，共收党员27690.4元，顺利完成了村级组织换届选举。完成了夏家山和东洋底两个行政村的村级办公场所建设任务。
　　人事制度改革:2005年，完成了人事行政制度改革任务，9位干部通过竞争上岗走上中层岗位，18位干部通过双向选择走上专职驻村指导员工作岗位，17位干部受聘到“四办一中心”，10位镇领导班子成员被骋为全镇四个片的驻村指导师。
