　　昨日09:13，郑女士来电：最近水果摊都摆上了红心火龙果，说是越南的，比国产白心的好吃。我好奇嘛，就买了几个尝尝，结果连续两天尿尿都是红色的，而且吃时手也被汁水染红了，搞得跟中毒了一样。这正常吗？
　　记者王真、热线应圆：郑女士三十出头，最近因为减肥，成了“水果控”。
　　“我昨天在单位楼下水果店买了3个，20块钱不到。中午11点多我吃了两个当午饭，蛮甜的，水分很足。”郑女士说，“后来我上厕所，尿尿是红色的，我吓了一跳，以为是尿血，还安慰自己先别慌，搞不好是例假提前了。后来听小姐妹说是吃了红心火龙果的缘故，我才没去医院。但今天尿尿还是有点红啊，我觉得慌兮兮的，不知道出了什么问题。”
　　火龙果因其外表的红色鳞片酷似蛟龙外鳞而得名，是原产于中美洲热带的一种水果。果肉分红色、白色、黄色三种，里面镶满了芝麻大小的黑籽。火龙果口感酸甜，营养丰富，目前杭城市面上白色果肉的较为常见。
　　在报社楼下的一家水果摊，我们向老板娘打听有没有听说吃火龙果小便变红的事情。老板娘一听就乐了：“哎哟，不用怕的！红心火龙果里花青素含量特别高，这种天然色素水溶性很强，如果没被人体完全吸收和分解，就会把尿尿和便便染成红色。就和蓝莓、紫薯一样，都是纯天然的颜色。花青素对眼睛、皮肤都很好，小姑娘来买的特别多。”
　　我们又特意买了一袋红心火龙果，拿到办公室一人分了两个做“实验”，有人吃得汁水四溅，把白纱裙染得血血红，有人还吃成了“血盆大口”。大家都觉得，红心火龙果的口感很清爽，比白心的要甜一些。四五个小时后回到家，大家报告实验结果：四位同事都“尿血”了，还有一位同事尿尿正常，但便便发红。
