犯困都会这样，尤其是中午时段，或者天气不好的时候，不能睡觉的感觉就是胸闷心脏难受。晚上是不是休息的晚了
应该有点神经衰弱，气血不畅
最近总是头晕，心慌害怕，胸口疼，医生说我是植物神经紊乱，给我开了黛力新药，我吃了几天没什么效果，上网查说不能吃，会有依赖性，我想请问我到底要怎么办？一个多月了总这样，我实在受不了了，求救
