病情描述：
前天腰闪了一下痛了好几天了都不敢弯腰了。没吃药因为在哺乳期，请问该怎么办？

没有声音。就是坐那一起身就感觉痛了。
是一侧疼痛吗？下肢有什么异常感觉吗？
不是一侧，是腰中间大约有个凹那个位置。下肢没什么不适。
那个部位压痛吗？
有可能是腰小关节紊乱症。如果有条件可以让专业人士（有此项技术的人）给快速牵引一下，手到病除。没有高手热敷理疗和休息。不能服药。无论如何慢慢会好起来会痊愈的。
